I also cut out eggs because I was suspicious of it giving me a reaction. I eat chicken/fish about 3-4 times a week but do not eat it everyday. I also eat 2/3 or a cup of oatbran and 1/2 or 3/4 cup of cream of buckwheat on separate days. Oat bran has a good amount of protein and I just recently introduced kefir. That also has plenty of protein. Try not to stress it. I know vegetables dont have much protein but try to eat as much of the allowed veggies to keep you satisfied throughout the day. It is also really early for you to see much result. At about a month I was experiencing bad die off like red eyes, rashes, fatigue. Give it more time.
