MMmmm! Love it! I do think that I did get die-off from it, so be careful! 😉
I peel it, chop it and boil it. Tastes almost….like a potato.
Then you can use it in some stir-fry of your veggies. I’ve even used it in my scrambled eggs (not totally my favorite, but it was okay). Also made rutabaga chips!!! YUMO! Man, those are really good! But, it’s so much work, and I could eat the whole thing like in two seconds! 🙂 But…it’s really yummy and thanks to this diet, I probably would have never know! 🙂
