Hope, I would consider replacing the tea with warm lemon water when you wake. It is proven to be good for your liver & gall baldder. Most of us likely have issues with these organs as it goes hand in hand with this problem. Teas contain mold which is a serious no no. One half a lemon squeezed into warm water contains about 1.5 grams of sugar and provides good energy. I normally wait at least a 1/2 hour for max benefit before eating breakfast.
In terms of the Probiotics, I have seem threads where Able recommended morning & before bed being a good choice.
