Hi, My friend Miriam found the recipe for me. I made it and the batter was very stiff. It didn’t rise very muche mayb 1.5 inches high and it took less than 30 mins to bake. It’s hard and very dry. It does have a nice flavor and smell to it. I used the 11 eggs, 1 cup of olive oil, 1 cup Teff flour, 1 cup Buckwheat flour, 1/2 cup Coconut flour and 1/3 cup Almond meal, 1.5 teaspoon Himalayn salt and 1.5 teaspoon baking soda. I made this recipe into loaves-should I have made it 1 loaf? I used the recipe post date of Monday May 14, 2012.Any advice? Thanks, Tres
