Intestinal Flora recovers pretty well in these situations (enemas, diarrhea, colonics, etc.).

Enemas alone WILL NOT reduce the yeast population in your colon unless you are doing anti-fungal retention enemas (Nystatin, Sodium Bicarbonate, etc.).
