The best time is very early in the morning, on an empty stomach and at least an hour before eating.
Just as you’re going to bed is another good time, again on a completely empty stomach, at least two hours after food was taken. Be sure to drink water afterwards.
Be sure not to take probiotics or drink kefir within several hours of taking an antifungal.
I’m just wondering how we fit in taking antifungals 3-4 times per day with probiotics supplementation? Will antifungals have no effect on the probiotics, because I thought most destroy good and bad bacteria?
