The reason it could be harmful(in some cases) is because most of these people don’t have the protocal that we have here… They don’t detox with Molybdenum and Nettle tea and Milk Thistle while on Probiotics, so for those people yes it could be harmful. They are just doing a straight detox without thinking of cleansing the toxins afterwards.
I have not started on heavy Probiotics yet so I can’t really give you a definitive answer, but that’s what makes sense to me… At the moment, I am just using Sauerkraut or Homemade yogurt as my Probiotics… never tried Keifer.. but if I do, it would be the one in water not milk because I know I will explode if I try the one in milk! lol
You got to pay attention to your body and how it reacts. Write things down and see if you can find a pattern… Like if you always get a headache when you take whatever.. after the 3rd time you need to be able to recognize that and eliminate it… This is your responsibility!
