how about coconut milk? i plan on making coconut bread soon and will probably eat some for breakfast but i’m sure i remember reading raster saying it has anti fungal properties aswell. or does it not matter if it’s in such low doses?
I really like nettle tea but haven’t drunk any in a while. It is an acquired taste so I think you might not like it the first time you try it but persevere as it is good for you
