That’s a valid point you make, I have consciously been trying to chew more often, I’m currently on approx 15 per mouthful so I might go for 20 this evening.

That said, the constipation thing only ever seems to be a problem when I’m on the diet, it’s never an issue when I’m not on it so I’m not sure simply increasing my number chews alone is going to entirely prevent the problem you know.
