If you want someone who can treat you, a naturopath is the best route to go in my opinion, but its quite expensive. A good naturopath can treat all of your health problems at once. I know of a good one here in Oregon who has treated 2-3 forum members and he can treat people remotely.
In my opinion, taking birth control will not help you get better from candida and yeast and a large percentage of the people who come here have taken birth control and it is a factor in how they got candida overgrowth. So if you want to get better, I wouldn’t take it. And if you want to take it for skin problems, this is not the best way to go about treating this condition.
We developed a general plan/protocol to get better from candida, and if you are interested let me know.
