Oat flour isn’t the same thing as oat bran so I’d be extremely careful about eating that. Are you able to obtain soba? If so, you can use the noodles or the flour since it’s basically made from buckwheat.
And did we come to a definite conclusion about oatmeal (rolled/steel cut etc)? I remember reading Able saying steel-cut would be OK,
but then others have disagreed due to it containing starch.
So does oat bran and buckwheat and I bet some of those people are eating one or both of these. Like I’ve said before on the forum, steel cut oats are a test food; so if you try this, be very careful as with all test foods.
