I destroy organic Greek yogurt and Kefir on a daily basis.
Greek yogurt has a crazy amount of protein compared to regular yogurt.
I make a bomb chicken/turkey salad with greek yogurt base.
Also Tzatziki dip is amazing and high protein
1 cup plain yogurt
1/2 cucumber (peeled and diced)
1 clove of garlic (minced)
1 teaspoon Apple Cider Vinegar
1 teaspoon fresh dill (chopped)
1 tablespoon olive oil
Salt and pepper to taste
Add everything to a bowl and mix. Refrigerate for 1 hour for the best flavor. Serve with quinoa crackers.
