Well I went outside and walked around cussing and shouting trying to fight off the demons. After about 10 minutes of shear terror and anxiety I formulated a plan. I would take one big bite of the pepporoni pizza, and I would take one big bite of the supreme pizza. So that’s what I did. After I took a dose of coconut oil and caprylic acid. Plus 20 minutes later I took some psylium husks to help the pizza move along quicker. So how bad is it that I did that?
LOL .. two bites won’t kill you. You’ve probably just learned a lesson; that you can look at two beautiful pizzas and not go completely loony eating a whole one at one time. Congratulations on eating only two bites.
Anyway, on a side note, this diet has taught me a lot, you don’t have to have a whole bunch of carbs to build muscle in the gym.
Not to mention learning that you have an amazing amount of will power and all you have to do is tap into it.
I have been working out and gaining quite well. I am still getting constipated, but my symptoms associated with constipation has gone down. I still have a long way to go. But I am seriously going nuts only eating meat and veggies. I also eat almonds. Anyway, how bad is it to cheat like this maybe once a week?
Once a week is too often in my opinion. One time didn’t help, but it’s not nearly as bad as it could have been either. Just forget about it and try harder to stay on the path to a cure. When you start easing off the diet, it only makes it tougher to remain on it. You’ve got to look at the treatment like a war; remember that Candida is your enemy, and pizza is the Candida’s weapon. Next time, leave the house when Dad shows up with pizza. “Escape”
