Maybe the oat bran is less “sticky” than rolled oats so thats why the bran is listed?
I think that it’s not only about gluten. You don’t want to feed the candida. I think whole oats would feed candida and oat bran mostly just feeds you and good bacteria, not so much candida so they are safe for this diet. You should go for gluten free oat bran if you can find it to eliminate risks, but it’s up to you.
