I have been eating almonds for my entire treatment and haven’t noticed a problem. I’m 14 weeks in now and love my almond butter. Having said that, I notice that my problems are frequently quite different to those of other people on this forum. Whereas a number of people appear to suffer a number of GI issues and foods intolerances, the only food intolerance I have been able to pinpoint thus far is gluten and I do not really suffer any GI issues. I also don’t have the same degree of experience as the people who have answered you thus far, so take my input with a pinch of salt.
Moreover, I’m not sure that there is any need for the aggression. This is a forum where adults come to discuss their health issues and offer experiential advice to each other. If you don’t like what that experiential advice has to offer, please do not ask.
