My wife made me some buckwheat bread this morning using the follwing ingrediants as a guide only. I have to say that the taste is not great but I use it mainly alongside some home made soups and it seems to work in filling me up and helping to stop my weight loss.
buckwheat flour/water/baking powder/eggs
You could also try the coconut bread, the recipe is on this site somewhere but its more of a sponge than a bread that is also useful to stop weight loss.
You might have to do someseareching on this forum but I am sure that members have listed their own little variations to both buckwheat and coconut bread
