Haven’t had the noodles in over 24 hours. I believe there’s 16 grams of sugar in my yogurt but I’m trying not to eat that either — but my body needs something other than veggies and broth… I’m starting to feel very weak. But I may already be experiencing die-off symptoms, which would attribute to the weakness, right? Is an egg or two a day okay during the cleanse period?
Also, I’m constipated. I’ve been taking the fiber and bentonite and nothing is coming out the other end?! I expected a lot to. Would a smooth move tea be okay?
