Thanks raster but no… I’m only using pink himalayan salt. I fried it in Sesame Oil. Might have been that? I’ll leave it a couple weeks and try a tiny bit of sesame oil. Even the thought of trying tuna aain makes me heave!
The reaction was so immediate and so bad, imagine if I’d been out or at someone else’s house?! My face looked like I had v bad suburn and even the whites of my eyes were bloodshot! I have to eat out in a few weeks time… so I think I’ll eat before and then take a few nibbles in my bag.
