I see several very potential problems with your protocol, and I’m actually not at all surprised that you’re having problems.

Grapefruit seed extract is an strong antibiotic and should only be taken (at the most) for about two weeks in the very beginning of your treatment; and certainly not 5 to 6 months into the treatment when your single focus should be reestablishing the population of beneficial flora instead of giving them a strong antibiotic.

Berberine contains a rapid antibacterial action which means it’s doing the same that that the GFE is doing only faster. In addition to destroying the bacteria, berberine can also deplete the potassium in your body as well as damage the wall lining of the intestines.
The fruit (fructose), potatoes and rice (glucose) are feeding the Candida and therefore allowing them to survive and multiply.
