(Assuming you’re not allergic) try to find some Salvia hispanica also called chia seeds in a health food store. Make a gel-like substance by mixing 1/3 cup chia seeds, 2 cups water and stir, wait 5 minutes and stir again. The gel can be stored in your refrigerator; eat 2 heaping tablespoons every morning. If you’ve not had a bowl movement at all by the afternoon of the second day, add two more tablespoons.
Also, are you taking coconut oil yet? If not, start with one teaspoonful and add another one each day following a meal until you have a bowl movement. Are you taking Molybdenum Amino Acid Chelate? I’m asking because the coconut oil will likely cause die-off symptoms.
