I couldn’t agree more that the oil pulling therapy sounds dreadful. If you want to, you can actually start slowly by simply putting a spoonful in the mouth and holding it for as long as you can. Doing this should actually benefit the treatment of thrush, especially if it is still a fairly light case. By the way, after more research, I would definitely advise using the coconut oil over any other type, especially in the beginning.
You can raise the amount of coconut oil anytime by one spoonful at a time. But I think the mild probiotic is your biggest holdup, and once you return to the UK and obtain a high count of probiotics with many more strains, you’ll start to see a difference that much sooner.
You can cut the grains if you want to although I don’t think that’s the big problem since I believe it’s the lack of probiotics.
Coconut shouldn’t be a problem for you.
