I would check out food grade diatomaceous earth and continue with the black walnut extract. I would also consider trying out SF722 or other fatty acids when it is available next month. Dvjorge mentioned some such as royal jelly that are a good replacement.
Probiotics and prebiotics also will reduce their numbers. Improving digestion reduces their numbers (if food is fermenting in the gut, they’ll have a nice meal). Also HCL (hydro-chloric acid) might aid the environemnt of your stomach:
