I am taking milk thistle, coconut oil, a B complex, oregano, olive leaf, cracked chlorella, and a multivitamin every day. Also, I ordered Molybdenum. I have eaten an organic egg today. I’ll have to try the hemp powder, and cut out the other meats. I’ve been eating some venison, since it’s low fat, and free range. Also, chicken breast tenderloins over salad, etc.
I guess I am doing a variation of stage 1 and stage 2 right now. Can you still get rid of yeast this way? Or is the completion of stage 1 the only way, with no meat?
I’ve been reading over the site, and I will definitely check the links out that you’ve provided.
