You have to go with an effective systemic antifungal since the only way to reach inside the cells is by bloodstream. I am not sure if powerful natural antifungal substances act systemic. Some probably do it , but I don’t know what concentration is required to eliminate the fungus.
The only confirmed treatment is using a systemic Rx drug prescribed by your Dr. This is also tricky and requires knowledge and expertise to do it right.
