I’m so thankful to have found this board. Thank you, Able and Raster, for all the work you’ve put into the protocol for healing.

To give you a little background on myself. I am in my late 20’s and was put on regular antibiotics for sinusitis the entirety of my teen years, as well as NSAIDS. A year ago, I came down with a horrible case of thrush and went on the candida diet for 3 months. My chiropractor said that all signs of candida seemed to have disappeared. I didn’t realize I had just brushed the surface.

I was diagnosed with celiac disease and have been gluten free for almost 9 months.I thought this would take care of all of my issues. Unfortunately not. I have continued to decline in health.Needless to say, I have all of the symptoms of candida overgrowth and they have just become worse since since I started readdressing everything. I have undigested food in my stool, exhaustion, and food reactions to even things on the candida diet “allowed list.”

I am at a loss of what to do. I have been on the diet for almost 3 weeks and am taking “yeast cleanse” by soloray,Barleymax, as well as Renew life 80 billion probiotic. I have also been supplementing with the wonderful suggestion of coconut bread and taking coconut oil, as well. I am, however, having horrible gut issues and find myself reacting to eggs (sudden, deep exhaustion) and having stomach cramps.I am also reacting to the probiotic and having terrible gas, bloating, and diarrhea. I have unformed stools with tons of undigested food, even raw vegetables aren’t being digested very well! I feel like I’m getting weaker and weaker.

I am getting extremely concerned.I lost a lot of weight from my celiac: from 125 down to 110. I am trying to keep up my strength and I am struggling very badly. I just purchased some ” slippery elm” in an attempt to soothe my stomach, as I’m quite certain I have leaky gut.

I don’t know what else i can do. I cannot afford to go to a naturopath so I’m trying to find out what my best options are. I know that candida and leaky gut seem to reinforce one another. Do I need to heal leaky gut before I take probiotics, etc? Or can I treat both the candida and the leaky gut at one time? Thank you so very much!!

What kind of test showed up Celiac indicators ?? Intestinal biopsy ?? Antigliadin antibody in blood ?? or an stool test done by Enterolab ??
Did you know that an intestinal fungal overgrowth trigger an intolerance to gluten ??
If the Dr didn’t do an endoscopy with biopsy, it is impossible to know if you have villi damage. What kind of reaction do you get if you eat gluten ??
