Corn is especially bad for candida sufferers because it can interfere with your body’s functions because of its genetic modification. There are a lot of health problems associated with it, so it would do you good to lay off for a while.

Rice is ok for some, who have lessened their infestation or can tolerate it with their symptoms. It’s definitely best not to eat it every day even then.

I’d suggest trying buckwheat noodles or pasta as an alternative because it technically isn’t a grain, it’s healthy as a prebiotic and easier to digest than other grains. It can cause issues for some though, so check any reactions to it.
