Thanks so much for the help. I feel like I have been doing nothing but researching tons of stuff for the past few weeks, but there is so much more that I’ve missed in your posts.

I read that multi-vitamins are out . . . can I ask why? I have been taking those every day but am more than willing to stop if needed.

If I tell you what I have been eating/doing, it would be great if you could give me feedback on the food/supplement front. I wasn’t able to finish the whole cleanse, it was just so tough with work and feeling like I was going to pass out, but I have totally adhered to the strict diet the whole time.

So, 7 weeks in tomorrow . . .

3 PB8, Nutrition Now, probiotic – about 21 billion, in the morning on an empty stomach (I want to take more, but am going slow – had horrible die off symptoms for a while)
Gaia Herbs Oil of Oregano, 2 capsules per day
Vitamin D-3, 2,000 IU once per day
1000mg of Vitamin C 3 times per day
Omega 3 (1,000 mg fish oil)
4 multi vitamins (Ortho Molecular Products Alpha Base Capsules with Iron)


Hot lemon water first thing in the morning, with probiotic

-scrambled eggs with veggies (spinach, broccoli, onion, cilantro), sometimes with buckwheat groats
-Oat bran topped with coconut oil, chia seeds and a little homemade almond butter
-Buckwheat groats topped with coconut oil, chia seeds, ground flax seeds, a little homemade almond butter
-Chickory “coffee”

Salad with lettuce, kale, spinach, avocado, lemon, sometimes quinoa, other fresh approved veggies

Chicken, salmon, every once in a while beef, steamed or sauteed veggies, salad, brown rice, lots of herbs and spices (esp curry, Indian spices)

-Coconut bread
-Coconut macaroons (candida approved – egg whites, unsweetened dried coconut, stevia, sea salt)
-Pumpkin seeds
-Almond milk
-Homemade yogurt with chia seeds, toasted coconut and ground flax seed

And that’s about it.

From reading the site, I need to be having more coconut oil, I need to stop using my toothpaste, start taking liquid oil of oregano and alternate that with GSE (or something else).

What should I take for my liver? I saw three options but I wasn’t sure if they were only for the detox or for the rest of the diet.

Is there a specific list of foods that you have on the message board? I saw lots of posts but not a whole list.
