That’s just one more negative aspect of eating fruit during a Candida treatment, Arijana. Because, not only does fruit contain sugar and sometimes mold, but fruit also has a highly alkalizing effect on the intestines. Regardless of how you view fruit, all of these aspects add up to a potentially dangerous combination when you’re trying to rid your body of a Candida overgrowth.
