To be honest, slip-ups aren’t really slip-ups unless you don’t know what you’re eating. Most so called slip-ups are mistakes knowingly made, and almost always prolong the treatment. And to say, “Yes, this is ok” is the same as saying to go ahead and eat what you want now and then, which isn’t what I would call “ok.”
I also talked to another woman who had done the Candida diet for three months… but ate tofu the whole way through.
I thought tofu was on the Avoid list?
