Well I am having a hard time figuring out where to go on my candida diet. I am trying to change some things to get on a healthier diet anyways. I have been eating the following as of late.
Vitamin Water Zero (various flavors)
Yogurt with granola
Roasted and Salted Sunflower Kernels
Peanut Butter Cliff Bars
Salad Mix (spinach and lettuce) with brocolli
Other things that I know are bad for candida in general that I wont bother listing out.
My main issue is waking up in the morning with a high level of anxiety and depression and getting better through the day. I am just so confused and frustrated.
