Where do you get your calories from if you’re not eating coconut oil or eggs? Seafood isn’t fatty and only certain fish are. It doesn’t sound like you’re eating any saturated fat at all, and this and monounsaturated fat (CO) should be your main source of calories! Read what I said in this post.
