Where do you get your calories from if you’re not eating coconut oil or eggs? Seafood isn’t fatty and only certain fish are. It doesn’t sound like you’re eating any saturated fat at all, and this and monounsaturated fat (CO) should be your main source of calories! Read what I said in this post.
You won’t get anywhere if you have no energy, and if you avoid fish to reduce ammonia only to continue breaking down protein for energy, you’re just wasting your time. Your liver has to do a lot of work when your macronutrients are poorly balanced, so it wouldn’t be surprising if it is struggling, especially considering the effect of die-off toxins. Try to slowly add CO, eat as many eggs as you can and start roasting your vegetables in duck fat. When you eat meat, get the fattiest kinds you can find.
