Whats the ratio of grain to milk? It should be 1 part grains to 20 parts milk. You might want to experiment where you place your culture to ferment. Location can make a differnce. To cool or too warm will effect the grains. Find a place where they are comfortable. Mine is in my living room. They like it there the Best of luck to you,
