I make water kefir, and I noticed sometimes there is a bit of “sediment” at the bottom after I have strained it, especially a well-brewed batch. I have drunk this, and I guess it could be tiny grains, but I don’t find them very appealing, so I generally leave the dregs at the bottom and don’t drink them. I’d never heard of people eating the grains, but now you have got me curious! Would love to hear more.
I find the water kefir enormously beneficial.
