I was feeling pretty darn ill the first 2 months myself, and then it gradually got better. Some days are better than others and you rebound back and forth between feeling good and bad.
I had headaches up to 3 months into the diet, and now I get one maybe once every 2 weeks or so. It used to be every day for many hours of the day during the die off period.
If you’re still experiencing die-off, I recommend doing some kind of “sweating” treatment where you take a sauna, hot tub, steam room, etc very often; this supposedly completely reduces the die-off symptoms as well. Many toxins can be released through the skin. Even hot baths can do the same thing.
I hope you feel better and it’ll take time for your body to normalize itself. Someday your headaches will become more infrequent.
