By the way, I did begin with probiotics right from the beginning. As Able already explained, they are critical for the long haul fight for a balanced gut. This website does say you can begin the probiotics at any stage in the diet. Even with those, though, I’d work up to what you want to take each day. It doesn’t have to take long – a week or two – to get your body up to an ideal probiotic dose. (lol – and don’t ask me what’s ideal! 🙂 That’s going to depend on tons of factors like age, weight, diet, etc.)
