I know, the combination of the new foods along with wearing myself out has obviously caused this. I got in the sauna yesterday so Im starting to feel a little better today. I’ll switch to the probiotics you mentioned. I have been taking only 2 tsp of coconut oil per day. I have upped that to about 10 the last couple of days.
Should i continue with the coconut bread as my carb source? I thought I was doing well with the brown rice pasta. It felt like it was giving me some energy and I was putting on some nice weight and muscle. I thought since it was gluten free that it wouldnt feed the candida. I’ll also stop the berries. I was only getting about 25 grams of sugar per day from them but obviously that was too much for my body to handle also.
