I really don’t the answer to this, Jo, as I’ve yet to hear of someone who has used non-organic coconut oil for their thrush. I assume it’s also non-virgin oil which would have more importance in the case of coconut oil.
I would say to go ahead and use what you’ve started with. Simply watch for any improvement; and if you see any improvement at all then you’ll know that it’s working at least to a degree. It may be that it’ll just take a little longer to accomplish the improvements.
