Just a comment on the basic coconut bread… I tried it day 1 when I started the diet and absolutely hated the taste & texture. But for some reason tried it again today nearly 3 months on and it’s actually alright. I quite enjoyed it under my poached eggs for breakfast. I supposed it could also be that my baking skills have come on a bit in the meantime too!
Just wanted to mention that in case anyone else thinks they hate it! Your tastes do tend to change while on the diet. And it is so useful to have a non buckwheat alternative if you think your’e overdoing the buckwheat.
