I have added kefir to my regime. I am very strict bc I am type A, and it suits my personality to follow something as close as I can to the letter! I will definitely order the Swedish bitters and try the ACV. I take betaine hcl as well. Who knows what’s working! Oh, I also changed up my meals today. I sometimes eat the same things but I made sure every meal and every food item was different. I’m trying a rotation type thing. That could have contributed to today’s no bloat as well! Yay us!
