Bringing balance back to your lifestyle is arrived at from multiple directions. It needs to be done from a nutritional as well as emotional/psychological level. Fretting over the odd carrot now and again might help you to eradicate your issues a month or two faster, but will it help you achieve a lifelong healthy perspective on the foods you eat? I’m not so sure.
