If you eat a small amount of carrots daily it shouldn’t be much of a problem (I use maybe 1/4 inch on my salads twice a day). I have to have shredded carrots on my salads!
I occasionally binge on them if at a party, etc. and eat a bunch of them there if its the healthiest food option.
I never reacted to carrots but had bad leaky gut.
A problem I have with carrots is that my body doesn’t digest them very well likely due to me not chewing my food enough, and so they ferment in the gut. This needs to be avoided at all costs.
Like most things on the diet, it should be fine in small amounts or here and there, but don’t consume in large amounts.
