Cranberries contain low amounts of sugar on the glucose scale. However, cranberry juice contains a lot of sugars, high fructose corn syup, etc. I would recommend not drinking any juices at all, maybe tea, and don’t drink coffee.
As far as vitamins; make sure they do not contain any yeast/sugar related ingredients such as dextrose, cellulose, fructose, etc. Some vitamins are beneficial while others are not for candida.
