“Reaction” refers to an allergic reaction. Allergic reactions vary person to person day to day, etc. Most people experience them after eating certain foods.

Examples include:
-dizzyness
-coughing
-headaches
-ringing ears
-the leaky gut “burn” symptom that I’ve talked about over and over, its similar to “indian rugburn” or hyperventilation.
-skin problems
-heart palpitations
-sweating
-nausea
-vomiting
-Mucous production in lungs

and more…

For many, you get these symptoms during the die-off period as well. This can be confusing for most people (the difference between die-off and allergic reaction), but allergic reactions typically happen when eating food or shortly thereafter.

This has been discussed on the forum over and over…
