I can easily remove the almond butter but should I just eat veggies with no kind of meat? (chicken turkey, beef)
I have seen the most progress when I went on a cooked vegetable diet with chicken for 2 weeks but I always felt light headed, tired and I couldn’t function much at all. I also went from 165lbs to 140lbs in just 2 weeks. Isn’t that dangerous in a sense if my weight drops that much?
I only had one colonic. I can’t afford to see her often. I should probably start a coffee enema.
