I never could digest dairy for the last 3 -5 years. I think that is also a sign of a candida issue. I found it was intermittent, like once in a while I could eat an ice cream and feel fine and other times I was running to the bathroom. We really only need milk as a child. After that our bodies don’t need it and therefore aren’t even designed to digest it.
The fruit you introduced is also highly acidic I do believe and if your digestive system is still healing, that could probably cause some acid reflux. When my digestive system was at its worse, I was getting reflux from everything.
I would avoid all diary and start super slowly by introducing fruits like raster said. one at a time.
