Well now I’ve made these a few times and really like them!!! I don’t really follow the recipe that much. I do about 1 cup BW flour, I think about 1/2 cup Oat Bran, and 1/2 cup Coconut Flour. Then I think it’s about 1/2 cup garlic oil, and salt. I have been putting in Rosemary, and this or that. Really good!! I tried Cayenne Pepper, but…I like it without better. I still brush them with oil and sprinkle salt on top too. Really good! Just add as much water as needed to make it just come together into a ball, then roll it out as thin as you can get it. It’s kinda tricky, as it can stick to the rolling pin. Don’t add flour, it makes them all dry and powdery and doesn’t taste good!

Guess you just have to keep trying until you get it!

PS. Don’t eat A LOT at one time! 😉 Hum…found that out the hard way! HA!!!!!
