I have cut out all my coconut, buckwheat and wheat flours due to high fiber. Fiber can make sibo worse. I cut all every single grain now, not even steel cut oats gluten free. My fiber is coming from all my veggies I m eating. I need to have more bowel movements, spacing out my food from 2 to about 4 hours has been helping a bit. I added a probiotic of just goat yogurt last night. I reacted a little by having some mucous reflux. I have been taking goat colostrum for a few days now and hopefully that helps leaky gut. I also have anxiety over my digestion. I hate it so much
