I eat a quart of homemade sauerkraut every day and it has improved my digestion. But judging from my die-off reactions and the fact that my recently upped kefir consumption has resulted in significant improvement, I can only say that, for me, while it definitely beneficial to your gut flora, it isn’t as powerful as either milk kefir, water kefir or kombucha.
