Almond milk is great! I’ve been a vegetarian for a few years so a lot of the stuff on this diet is pretty regular to me. It’s a good alternative to dairy milk and soy milk – I was about to say you can put it on cereal but realized we can’t really eat cereal, can we?
Make sure you buy Unsweetened not “Original” because original flavors usually have sugar in them, regardless of the brand.
It doesn’t taste like much – it will be kind of bland and a lot thinner than normal milk, but it is refreshing and rich in nutrients.
You can bake and cook with it, but I don’t know what you could make that is acceptable on the diet.
