Yes, I am aware the danger of soy products…but organic non-GMO fermented soy products such as natto, miso and tenpeh are considered to be health food. I am still not sure about soy sauce though. I think it depends how it’s made and its ingredients. (yes, I forgot to mention about natto in my original question as well. I have some packs in the freezer!)
Well, I need to do more research myself.
But, amazingly, in Japan, they still consider soy products (regardless of forms) to be health food including tofu, soy beans and soy milk. But then no one there turn to vegetarian one day and replace all the protein source to soy products…things like that. So maybe less health impact than that of western culture.
